Some links on this site go to Amazon. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it never affects what we recommend.
The Amazon Associates Programme
Beakfeeder is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
We also participate in the Amazon Associates programme for Amazon.com, so that readers outside the UK can find equivalent products in their own region.
What this does and doesn’t affect
Commission plays no part in which products we recommend or how we describe them. We are not paid by manufacturers, we don’t accept payment for placement, and we’ll tell you about a product’s genuine drawbacks even where we’re linking to it.
Where we recommend a type of product rather than a specific model, that’s deliberate — it keeps the advice useful when stock changes, and it means we’re recommending based on design and suitability rather than on what happens to pay best.
How to spot an affiliate link
Links to Amazon are clearly labelled in the text — you’ll see wording like “Check the current price on Amazon UK” rather than a bare “Buy now”. Every page containing affiliate links carries a disclosure near the top, before the first link.
Affiliate links are also marked in the page code with the sponsored attribute, which is the standard way of identifying them to search engines.
Prices and availability
Prices and stock on Amazon change constantly. Anything we say about price is accurate at the time of writing only. Always check the current listing before buying.
Product availability also changes. If you find a link pointing to something discontinued or out of stock, let us know and we’ll update it.
